Our Benefits
Traditional healthcare is broken and the health of our patients is at risk. Direct Primary Care medicine seeks to fix our broken system by going back to basics. We see a much smaller panel of patients, allowing us to spend the time needed to get to know each patient individually. We take the time to learn about you so that we can not only treat illnesses but also work with you to help you stay healthy. Your health is our highest priority.

We mean that! Steelman Medical Group and your physician are here for you when you need it. It makes no sense to wait days and weeks to get care. We don’t charge co-pays and encourage you to work with your Physician as often as you need to achieve your goals. The office and your Physician remains available to you at your convenience.

We schedule each patient for an hour long visit with your physician. You may not need the whole time but we never want you to feel rushed out of the office. In order to be the best advocate possible for your healthcare it is important to have a strong physician-patient relationship.

With a smaller patient panel it allows your physician to see you faster. No one wants to wait days to see a doctor when they’re sick. We offer same or next day appointments so that you can get to feeling better as quickly as possible. Can’t make it to the office? Not a problem. Your physician is happy to come to your home, office, or treat you through a telemetry visit in order to get you the care you need as quickly as possible.

Steelman Medical Group has worked hard with local pharmacies and labs to provide you with access to low cost labs and generic drugs. Many generic drugs and labs are included at heavily discounted or no additional cost to you in the price of your membership. We pass our savings on to you.

Steelman Medical Group knows that you don’t always get sick between the hours of 9-5. You can call us any time of day or night (yes, you read that right!). You can reach our team via phone, email, text, or televisit.

This exam will be customized to your personal health needs. During our initial visit with you, we will together set your health goals and monitor closely throughout the year in order to help you achieve your personal health goals.

Additional Offerings
Botox
$11 / unit
Botox is an injectable treatment that temporarily relaxes targeted facial muscles to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
It’s most commonly used to treat forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet around the eyes.
In addition to cosmetic benefits, Botox can also be used therapeutically to relieve conditions such as jaw tension, chronic migraines, and muscle spasms. Results typically appear within a few days and last for several months.
Derma Filler
$450 / syringe
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments designed to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance natural facial contours. They are commonly used to plump lips, soften smile lines, and rejuvenate areas that lose elasticity with age, such as the cheeks or under-eye area.
Most fillers are made with hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance that helps retain moisture and create a youthful, refreshed look. Results are visible immediately and can last from several months up to two years, depending on the product used.
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
$75 / session
OMT is a hands-on approach used to diagnose, treat, and prevent illness or injury. Through gentle stretching, pressure, and resistance techniques, OMT helps restore balance to the body’s structure and function.
It can be effective for addressing back pain, joint issues, headaches, and even improving circulation and overall mobility. OMT focuses on treating the root cause, not just the symptoms to support the body’s natural healing process.
The Fine Print
You can cancel your membership at any time. We do ask that you provide a 30 day notice and we will continue your care until those 30 days are up.
If you decide to come back to Steelman Medical Group after cancelling your membership, you may be charged a $199 re-enrollment fee.
